Delivery & Returns Procedures

DELIVERY

 

UK MAINLAND

 

We aim to deliver any UK Mainland orders for our candles as soon as possible. Personalised or made to order candles will be completed as soon as possible and anticipated delivery times will be discussed when you call to place an order. Turn around time can vary based on demand so please contact us on placing your order to be advised of the estimated dispatch date.

 

The cost of your delivery will be indicated when placing your order.

 

OUR COURIERS

 

All our candles are sent by either Royal Mail (Second Class signed for service) or My Hermes and from dispatch they can be expected to be with you between 2-4 working days. We use a combination of Royal Mail and My Hermes because it allows us to provide the cheapest available postage costs for you from a reliable and reputable provider. If you need your candles in a hurry, Special Delivery can be arranged upon request- please contact us for further details so that a PayPal invoice can be sent for the additional postage cost.

 

OVERSEAS COUNTRIES

 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver our unique candles overseas primarily due to the cost involved in postage. If you have seen our candles and would like to place an order dispite this then please contact us to discuss courier charges and we will be able to see if arrangements can be made for your order.

 

RETURNS

 

We make every effort to lovingly hand craft each of our candles to perfection but if it does not meet your expectations then items should be returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, PayPal invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Please note that candles made to order with a personalised message cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged/ faulty. You must make your own arrangements to return candles to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless the candle is seen to be damaged or faulty.

 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned candle until they arrive back to us.

 

A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.
